Gearkeep is a working register of shared equipment. This notice explains what personal data the application holds, why it holds it, and how you can ask about it.
Data controller
FIDEVO/AI LABS LIMITED, company number 17386840, registered in England and Wales, is the data controller for this site.
What we collect
When you create an account we hold your email address, your name and, if you give it, your department. When you use the register we hold your reservations, the handover and return records tied to them, the condition notes recorded at each handover, and any loss or damage reports raised against your loans. This is processed to run the equipment register and to keep an accurate custody chain for shared items. If you email us, we receive that message and keep it only for as long as it takes to answer you.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising or tracking cookies are set. Sign-in uses a session stored in your browser so that the application can keep you logged in. Standard server logs may be produced by the hosting platform for security and reliability purposes.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have sent us, and you may object to our handling of it. Write to hello@fidevoailabs.ai.
Changes
We update this notice when the application changes. Custody, reservation and loss or damage records are retained for as long as the equipment register needs them for audit purposes.
